You are needlessly torturing yourself with this. It's easy. Next time you see her -smile at her. You could also just say "Hi !". You don't need to do or say another thing. This way she will know you are trying to talk to her. If she says something back to you - that is a good time to say something like "I'm super-shy." At that point she should "get the picture" and maybe she will want to talk with you and help you open up. Many women find shy guys to be really charming. Being shy is a much better way to meet someone than being to bold and pushy. Smiling and saying HI should start the ball rolling. Try not to look away when you do this. Good luck.
