Cheap mascara brands that don't test on animas?

Okay so I'm just getting into makeup, and I made a vow to NEVER buy makeup from brands that test on animals. Most non animal tested makeup is department store and high end, and I don't wanna pay that much for a mascara???? What are some other brands??? maybelline and covergirl and loreal have the best mascaras i heard, but they test on animals.... so what are some other mascara brands i can use??/
