Do I have to wait 7 days after each box to have sex without a condom?

I've been on birth control pills since June 5th and I just finished a month/container supply. I usually take it at 11 am every day but today I took it at 11:45. I just ended my period yesterday so I was wondering if I have to wait 7 days before having sex without a condom. Or if I should wait 7 days because I took my pill a little late
