U.S Air Force Security Forces or U.S Navy Master-At-Arms?

I'm trying to decide on either being a Navy Master-at-arms (bascially a navy MP) or becoming an air force security forces specialist. I've seen a lot of people saying that being an air force SF is the worst job in the military. Is this true or is it all based on your attitude towards it and willingness to do the job. I haven't seen much information about the Master-At-Arms rate. I would like to know their day-to-day life as a navy MA. Any information would help and no links please. Thanks.
